  2. Give ourselves the right to be human and accept our emotions
  3. Do activities every day which have a sense for us and give pleasure
  4. Keep an eye on our mental state. Focus on what is going well
  5. Simplify
  6. Be conscious of the mind-body link and exercise at least 30mn a day, sleep well and eat well
  7. Express gratitude and learn to appreciate every moment of our life
